Revised argument cracker, paving the way for configuration files
Added -rc parameter to get config files; still need default selection
Reimplemented --{en,dis}able-compile so it just sets the default compile mode
Added logic to compile vmlinux server
Clarified diagnostic messages
Generally cleaned up corner cases, fixed bugs, and made it more robust.

Initial release.
