CVS log for marchhare/dupes

This is a set of scripts which I'm using to help manage the construction
of the MkLinux R1 distribution.  Most of them are of no interest to anyone,
but marchhare is designed to help automate the building, testing and 
integration of packages into the distribution.  Since it's going to be
used on a couple of machines, I'm putting it in the repository.
